Our experienced midwives look forward to being at your service in the Birth Room, not only with their expert advice, but also with an intuitive and psychological understanding of your personal situation. Your partner is, of course, more than welcome to participate in the birth experience.

In order to ensure optimum continuity of care during the birth, our midwives work on a 12-hour rotation.

In the Maternity Ward, a specialist team of expert nursing staff, midwives and breastfeeding consultants will attend to your every need. Because our Birth Rooms and Maternity Ward are on the same floor, the two teams work hand in hand, in order to provide mother and child with an optimal level of care.

The private doctors accredited by the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau have their own private practice and work in close consultation with our Maternity Ward. Your private doctor will accompany you throughout the birth process.
