OUR TEAM

In contrast to other hospitals, which are generally divided into a Postnatal Ward, Birth Rooms and a Baby Ward, at Salem Hospital we have only one area: the Maternity Ward.

One and the same team provides care for mother (and father) in all areas associated with childbirth. This allows an optimum integration of all of our childbirth processes. Our team includes midwives, gynaecologists and paediatricians, guaranteeing the provision of comprehensive medical care to both mother and child and an immediate response in emergency situations.

The private doctors accredited by the Salem Hospital have their own private practice and work in close consultation with our Maternity Ward. Your private doctor will accompany you throughout the birth process.
